How to Apply for Funding
Thank you for your interest in the Komen Affiliate grants program. Please check back with us to complete a form to receive information about the Komen Affiliate grant program, including announcements, Request for Application (RFA) information and networking event information. To be eligible to apply for a Komen Community-Based Grant, your organization must be:
- A federally tax-exempt entity — nonprofit organization, government agency, educational institution or Indian tribe.
- Located in or providing services in North Dakota.
- The project must be specific to breast health and/or breast cancer.
- Indirect costs, if applicable, may not exceed 10% of direct costs.
- Equipment costs, if applicable, may not exceed 30% of direct costs and should be used exclusively on this project. A receipt for equipment costs will be requested.
- Salaries, if requested, are for personnel related to this project only.
